1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GroupCheers ("the Service"), operated by GroupCheers ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GroupCheers is a platform that allows users to create, share, and deliver digital group cards for team celebrations, including birthdays, farewells, milestones, and other occasions. The Service includes web-based tools for card creation, message collection, and delivery via email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other channels.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service, including card messages, images, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant GroupCheers a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupCheers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
