Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL). We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. When you connect Slack or Microsoft Teams, we request only the permissions necessary to deliver cards and import contacts. You can disconnect integrations at any time from your settings, which revokes our access. We do not read private messages or access data beyond what is needed for the Service.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Card content is retained until the card is deleted by the creator. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period.
